Seth Rushing, Owner
Seth started roofing in 2008 where he learned about the restoration process. Seth credits his boss for providing a solid foundation of how to do roofing the right way the first time.
In 2011, Seth joined the Marine Corps where he spent 11 years serving his country. On his exit, he landed on the opportunity to start his own roofing company. In April of 2022, Seth opened Success Roofing with the goal of giving our clients the best experience possible when it comes to taking care of one of their most valuable assets.
Being a father of a five year old and one on the way, Seth feels it is important to set the best example of a father for his children and to provide his family with only the best.
Derrell Ashlock, President
Derrel Ashlock has owned and operated his construction company, Ashlock Construction LLC., since 2010. His passion working on all projects big and small, while providing customers with the best results possible. He and Seth Rushing started Success Roofing because they saw a need for a local, quality roofing company that advocates for the homeowner and stands behind their work. Derrell’s wife, Kelsey, along with their son, Braxton, make up their little family.
Phillip Manley, Project Manager
Texas native, Phillip Manley, joined the Marine Corps shortly after high school where he was recruited by his classmate - and now Success Roofing owner - Seth Rushing. Phillip served in the Marine Corps Reserve where he completed 5 successful deployments thus far and still currently serving his country. Phillip has had many years in customer service and has experience in logistical and sales roles. In 2021, Phillip was deployed once again with the Marine Corps. Shortly after his last deployment Seth contacted Phillip with a promising future in aiding people's roofing needs as a project manager with Success Roofing. The sky has been the limit since. Phillip thoroughly enjoys satisfying customers needs in providing them with the best quality roof in an expedient manner while putting the homeowners minds at ease through the process.
